Mauldeth #2

We bought a home.

Mauldeth Terrace nama jalannya.

We finally made a decision about it. After months of struggling finding the right one, many sleepless nights, uncountable prayers and discussions.. Ahirnya everything lead to this Mauldeth.

Before we went back to jkt, we made a downpayment for our first house in NZ. Pas kita bayar DP, rumahnya belon jadi, so we had a chance to choose the colours and made some changes on the appliances.

Having said that, it's truly amazing and surreal at the same time. God is good. We are blessed.

We moved in on the 28th Feb. Jadi baru 2 minggu kita pindah.

We love the house. The little one was so excited about it.

Pelan2 we'll make this home homier. Skrg masih kurang karena masih ada beberapa barang yg belon dibeli. Meja TV belum ada, meja makan baru ahir bulan ini dianter karena lagi out of stock yg kita mau.
Foto2 n wallart belon ada yg kepasang. Jadi emang belon beres. Banyaaak bener kayanya yg masi kudu dirapihin.

Masi banyak box numpuk di garasi karena recyle schedule nya baru senen depan. Senen kemaren kita ketinggalan karena belon dapet recycle bin-nya dari city council.. Sedangkan jadwal recycling itu 2 minggu sekali.

Taman juga belon jadi. Masi mau minta quotations sana sini cari harga yg ok.

Sebenernya gw punya study room. Sengaja gw paint baby blue biar "gue banget".... Tp pada kenyatannya, skrg tu kamar dijadiin kamar maen Onya.

Onya sendiri kamarnya request warna pink. Sakit mata gw liatnya.... Makanya hordengnya gw pesenin yg biru *teteep*.

Mata mulai ngantuk ni... Again, foto2 akan menyusul. Bukan untuk pamer, tapi untuk gw liat 10-20 taon lagi... Mengenang masa muda sama andi :)

Lavender and Butterfly

My very first (and probably my last) tattoo. Why lavender ?  Because I love the smell.  I love the colour.  Lavender is pretty much the only plant that stays alive in my garden. It thrives in pretty much any weather with very little care. It lives with a big bunch of other lavenders but it can also lives on its own little bundle. It shows strength, and grace. Butterfly means beauty. Not just superficial beauty... but beauty after a storm. Beauty that was earned.  Like, after it went through struggles from a cocoon. Plus, you see butterfly (normally) in a great weather. Adds the beauty to the surroundings, like a balance in the universe.  Psalm 23:6 , is what I really resonate in my life.  That no matter what, no matter where, no matter how many bad decisions I’ve made.... A Wife's Heart

Postingan kali ini buat Andi. Feel so blessed beyond words punya suami kaya beliau. Walo banyak rese n nyebelinnya juga. He works really hard. I mean REALLY hard. I know I've complained about him being too busy, but lately he changed. Yes, dia masih sibuk banget di kantor. Yes, dia masih suka 'nyetrap' gw di mobil suru tunggu. Tapi I know that family is his top priority. The house is almost done. Andi spent hours last Sat and Sun buat bebersih rumah. Gw ga boleh ikut. "masih debuan banget" - gitu katanya. He knows Im allergic to dust and frankly, what can a pregnant woman possibly do? Ga mungkin juga kan gw ngangkat2 furniture. Naek tangga aja suka engap. Dapet laporan dari Otoy, Andi ngangkat2 barang ampe mukanya merah, ampe kringetan ngeces2... Gw tau dia pasti cape banget. Tapi begitu pulang he brought nothing but his big, warm smile. "Udah.
